Sherry was excellent to work with. She made every effort to work out the wrinkles of which there were too many. Apparently, based on the Arvest appraisal, we were over priced. The home inspection was disgustingly nit picky and the needed repairs were vague costing us $200. On our side, Sherry was a 10! On the buy side, David a 4 or 5. Sherry was amazing. Our friends referred her to us. She got us through 8 listings in one day when we were just considering the area and not really committed. She was very informational and accommodating. We went home and found a new listing, sent it to her and then she even facetimed a walkthrough. We were really interested, so my husband drove back out, walked through it with her and we put in an offer. All throughout the process, Sherry was on top of everything. We were referred to Sherry Laemmle in Bella Vista from a personal friend and Crye Leike agent, Jackie Keene. Sherry was wonderful and very easy to work with. She had our current home sold within 3 days. We had a bit of back and forth with the buyers, but this is why I would never sell the house myself. I would not have wanted to be the one working the negotiations. Sherry handled it beautifully. We also had some undisclosed issues with the house we bought and she handled those negotiations with utmost professionalism. Sherry also provided names of reputable contractors for work that needed to be done on the new house. I consider Sherry not only our agent but our friend! I will miss speaking with her on a daily basis.
